09 May 2025, Il Forno at Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur
On the 9th of May 2025, we hosted Aperitivo Italiano in collaboration with Il Forno at Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur, with the kind support of Epicurators (Cipriani) and Luen Heng F&B (Campari).
The evening welcomed around 100 guests, including Italcham members and friends from the Italian-Malaysian business community, for a relaxed networking session over authentic Italian flavours!
Guests were treated to a delicious spread curated by Executive Chef Enzo Carbone – Executive Chef, paired with iconic Italian drinks such as the Campari Spritz, Cipriani Bellini, Cipriani Zero Zero and the Bellini Martini.
A highlight of the evening was the official presentation of the Ospitalità Italiana plaque to Il Forno, in recognition of its commitment to authentic Italian hospitality—joining 13 other esteemed F&B establishments across Malaysia for the year 2024–2025. The official ceremony for the Ospitalità Italiana certificate ceremony will take place during our Annual General Meeting this June! Stay tuned for more info.
We were also honoured by the presence of Ms. Chikako Shimizu, General Manager of Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur, who introduced the restaurant to our guests.
