On 26 May 2026, ITALCHAM Malaysia held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Ciao Ristorante, bringing together members of the Chamber to reflect on the past term and look ahead to the future of the Italian business community in Malaysia.
The Chamber extends its sincere appreciation to all members who attended the AGM and to those who continue to support its activities and initiatives. Their ongoing engagement remains fundamental to the strength and growth of the Chamber.
During the meeting, members elected the new Executive Committee for the 2026–2028 term:

- Mr Simone Macario — Executive Committee Member, Founder of Sharly AI
- Mr Angelo Cutuli — Executive Committee Member, Product & Test Support Operations Senior Director, STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific
- Ms May Lam — Executive Committee Member, Managing Director of Partner Corporate Services
- Mr Simone Lovati — Executive Committee Member, Managing Director, Asia, CRIF

Following the AGM, members and guests gathered for an aperitivo networking session before continuing with a dinner.
