The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (Italcham Malaysia) is a non-profit business association dedicated to promoting and strengthening trade, investment, and commercial relations between Malaysia and Italy.

As part of the global Assocamerestero network of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, Italcham Malaysia supports Malaysian and Italian companies by facilitating business connections, market entry opportunities, strategic partnerships, and bilateral cooperation across various industries.

The Chamber also organises networking events, business missions, industry dialogues, and cultural initiatives in collaboration with institutions and partners to promote the excellence of Made in Italy and foster stronger ties between the two countries.
