On 28 April 2025, Italcham Malaysia had the honour of hosting a Business Dialogue with the Italian Deputy Minister for Enterprises and Made in Italy, Hon. Valentino Valentini.

Held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, the event brought together over 30 Italian and Malaysian companies from diverse sectors including manufacturing, financial services, logistics, design, lifestyle, and F&B.

The Dialogue served as a valuable platform to strengthen Italy–Malaysia business relations and celebrate Made in Italy as a symbol of excellence, innovation, and quality.

Hon. Valentino Valentini shared the Italian government’s strategic vision for fostering growth and collaboration in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region, with particular emphasis on advanced manufacturing, energy transition, and technological innovation.

Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, explore practical opportunities, and gain fresh insights into future bilateral cooperation. The Deputy Minister also highlighted the vital role that Italian Chambers Abroad play in promoting Made in Italy, supporting businesses, and enhancing bilateral trade.
