On 3rd October 2024, Italcham Malaysia – Italian Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia, in collaboration with the Malaysian Spanish Chamber of Commerce & Industry – La Cámara, and Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), organized the “Briefing Session with TalentCorp Group,” bringing together employers, HR professionals, and expatriates for an insightful discussion on key services and processes.
TalentCorp emphasised the importance of digitalisation for faster and more efficient expatriate management, presenting their key offerings:
MYXPATS Gateway System – A one-stop platform for employers to manage expatriate applications and renewals online.
Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) – A 10-year renewable visa for highly skilled expatriates looking to contribute long-term to Malaysia’s economy.
MYNEXT – A career platform connecting youth, fresh graduates, and job seekers with internship opportunities, while enabling employers to recruit the right talent.
In addition to these, ESD Procedures —which streamline the approval and management of expatriate work passes—and the Professional Visit Pass, Employment Pass, and TalentCorp Programs were also thoroughly discussed.
