On behalf of Eurocham Malaysia, we would like to share this survey in collaboration with the South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk.

Eurocham Malaysia is conducting this comprehensive survey to gain insight from the business community on the pivotal issues related to Intellectual Property Rights for a webinar event in collaboration with the South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk.

This initiative aims to raise awareness about IP matters in South-East Asia that impact European SMEs.

The survey results will form the content of the webinar event and serve as the foundation for engaging with various local stakeholders and institutions on behalf of our members. We kindly ask you to share your insights with EUROCHAM Malaysia and the IPR Sector Committee by completing this survey.

All responses will be handled with discretion, and details of the respondents or their individual responses will not be shared with any third parties.

All data collected will be used solely for research and advocacy purposes, in accordance with Malaysia’s data privacy regulations (PDPA & GDPR).
