National Made in Italy Day – 15 April 2024

The 15th of April 2024 marks the beginning of the festivities for National Made in Italy Day!

This special occasion is dedicated to promoting Italian creativity and excellence, and is celebrated on the anniversary of the birth of Leonardo da Vinci, which occurred on April 15, 1452!

In occasion of the national Made In Italy day celebrations, events are planned – at institutions, schools, and businesses – with the aim of:

  • Recognising the social role of Made in Italy and its contribution to the country’s economic and cultural development, also in relation to its identity heritage;
  • Raising public awareness to promote the protection of the value and unique qualities of Italian works and products;
  • Creating awareness among youths in career pathways relating to artisanal and creative professions linked to the excellence of our manufacturing

Made in Italy Day was established with the Framework Law on the Protection of Made in Italy.
