On Thursday 06 June, 2023, Italcham Malaysia in collaboration with La Cámara – The Malaysian Spanish Chamber of Commerce & Industry organised Sip & Serve!

The networking event that took place at Ascaro Padel & Social Club brought together wine lovers and padel game enthusiasts of the business community for a fun evening of networking, padel tournament, wine and finger food!

Sip & Serve kicked off with welcoming remarks by the Spanish Ambassador to Malaysia H.E. José Luis Pardo Cuerdo, President of Italcham Malaysia, Mr Michele Dossi, Chairman of La Cámara, Mr Jordi Pol Ramon and Managing Director & Partner at Ascaro Malaysia Mr Daniel Liljekvist.

During the event our Chamber member With Love from Italy (WLFI) showcased 2 Italian wines from Botter, they are the Pinot Grigio Delle Venezia DOC and Merlot Veneto IGT.

The final match of the padel tournament was followed by a prize-giving ceremony to the winners of the Padel Tournament. The tournament Champions, Mr Xavier Demattey Peleja and Mr Jose Francisco Lopez bagged the grand prize of A 1-night stay for two at the Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur!

Other tournament prizes include premium Italian and Spanish wines from WLFI and Trinks Malaysia, and food vouchers from Mercat Barcelona Gastrobar
